Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to promote and sell high-speed broadband and FTTH internet services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, acquire new customers, and build long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, door-to-door sales, and local market activities.
- Promote broadband, FTTH, leased line, and other ISP services to residential and business customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain service plans, pricing, and features.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify potential customers in assigned territories and convert prospects into active subscribers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the installation and technical teams for timely service activation.
- Follow up with customers regarding installation, documentation, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, apartment campaigns, and marketing events.
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Ensure all customer documentation is collected as per company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in ISP, Broadband, Telecom, FTTH, or Field Sales will be preferred.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of broadband, networking, and FTTH services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling broadband, FTTH, leased line, enterprise internet, or telecom services.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Knowledge of local market and customer acquisition strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
