Shift Time : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Week Off - 2nd and 4th Sat & Sun
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1–5 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a people-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Track employee confirmations, promotions, and development plans.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and support learning initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support audits and compliance-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
