We're Hiring: Communication & Spoken English Faculty
Are you passionate about teaching and empowering students with exceptional communication skills? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Communication & Spoken English Faculty to join our team and inspire learners to become confident communicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions.
- Train students in Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Fluency, and Public Speaking.
- Design and prepare effective lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
- Conduct Group Discussions (GDs), Presentations, Role Plays, and Mock Interview sessions.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Motivate and mentor students to build confidence, personality, and professional communication skills.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English or a related discipline.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or corporate communication is preferred.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students' communication abilities.
- Ability to engage learners with innovative and interactive teaching methodologies.
