About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – E-commerce Operations to manage and optimize our day-to-day online business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Shopify and a solid understanding of e-commerce processes, including product catalog management, order fulfillment, inventory control, and marketplace operations.
This role requires excellent coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain products, collections, pricing, and inventory through the Shopify Admin Panel.
- Handle end-to-end order processing, including order verification, fulfillment, dispatch coordination, and tracking.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings with accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock reconciliation across Shopify and other sales channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain product categorization, tagging, collections, and website merchandising.
- Monitor website content and ensure all product information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support promotional campaigns, discount offers, and seasonal website updates.
- Resolve order-related issues, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination between Shopify, ERP, OMS, and marketplace platforms.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with the Shopify Admin Panel.
- Expertise in product listing, catalog management, and inventory management.
- Sound understanding of order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with OMS, ERP, or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Experience in the Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Retail, or D2C industry will be preferred.
Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
