Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven professional to lead branch sales operations, drive business growth, manage teams, and expand market presence across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering, QSR, and Institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch-wise sales growth and achieve targets
- Handle HORECA business development and key accounts
- Manage branch sales teams and distributor networks
- Develop new customers and market opportunities
- Monitor collections, sales performance, and operations
- Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional clients
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in HORECA / FMCG / Food Industry
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in branch operations and distributor management
- Target-oriented with strong market knowledge
