Responsible for end-to-end coordination of procurement, sales orders, and logistics to ensure timely material availability and customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement:
- Raise purchase orders for raw materials based on requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track and close open POs.
- Sales Coordination:
- Process and track customer orders.
- Coordinate with production/warehouse to ensure order fulfillment.
- Update customers on order status and delivery timelines.
- Logistics & Dispatch:
- Arrange transport and monitor shipments (inbound & outbound).
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Resolve transit delays or issues.
- Coordination & Planning:
- Align with internal teams for material planning and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or delays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
