About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, and customer engagement. You will work closely with experienced professionals on live projects and gain practical exposure to the complete sales and marketing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online research and outreach.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Assist in promoting the company's products and services.
- Support marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Canva, or social media marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
