Job Description – Research and Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative recipes and new product concepts.
- Improve existing recipes for quality, taste,and cost efficiency.
- Conduct product trials and standardize recipes.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and product consistency.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement teams.
- Train staffs on new recipes and preparation methods.
Requirements:
- Any bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recipe development and product innovation for fresh fruits, smoothies, shakes, fruit bowls and healthy beverages.
- Strong knowledge of fresh fruits is Mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of flavour combination and food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluency in Hindi.
