Edugradex is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Present and promote Edugradex services to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business strategies
- Follow up on leads and ensure successful deal closures
Requirements:
- 12TH & Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with the education or ed-tech industry is a plus
