Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on IT and digital skills.
- Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum and training schedule.
- Ensure effective learning through interactive teaching methodologies.
- Provide hands-on practice and technical guidance to candidates.
Student Management
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and classroom engagement.
- Support students in assignments, projects, assessments, and doubt clearing.
- Mentor candidates on communication, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
Lab & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure proper functioning of computer systems, internet connectivity, and lab equipment.
- Maintain training materials, software installations, and lab records.
- Coordinate with technical support teams for issue resolution.
Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct periodic tests, assessments, and evaluations.
- Track candidate progress and maintain training records/MIS.
- Share regular reports on attendance, performance, and batch status.
Placement Support
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
