Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a global NGO that trains 18-years old rural youth with a FREE 1 Year training program so they can have successful careers in urban areas. Currently, we have 500+ branches spread across Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, MP, Haryana, Bihar and Jharkhand.
We are opening new branches in villages of Palwal district rural areas. We require local candidates that can be trained and then appointed as teachers to teach in villages of Palwal district
Gross starting salary: Rs 14,500 per month.

Job Requirements:
· The minimum qualification is graduation (any subject).
· Should have own mobile phone.
· Travel and teaching at different local villages of Palwal/Hodal will be required.
· Full-time job: 8 hours per day anytime between 6 AM to 7 PM. Working 6 days a week.
· There will be 3 sessions of 2 hours 20 min (140minutes) each day + 60 minutes of administrative/operational work. Each session will have a batch of approx. 20 students.
· Candidate needs to have a basic knowledge of computer operation.
· 40-90 working days compulsory training program in Lucknow starting from every Monday . For going to Lucknow, Train Ticket in sleeper coach will be booked from us. During the training period, all meals and basic lodging will be provided completely free of cost at our Lucknow Staff Training Campus. . Training time: 9 AM to 6 PM.
· No leave is allowed during training except Sunday. Training in Lucknow will be at Scooter India (On Google Maps please look for Gahru FEA).
· A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to the candidate for attending our training program. This amount will be deposited in the bank account of candidate by Thursday of every week for the number of days you attended in the preceding week.
· An appointment letter will be issued only after the successful completion of the training program
The candidates will be eligible for petrol expenses if their home is above 5 kms from our branch location
