Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (lead generation, call ads, traffic, engagement) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) against defined CPL and conversion targets.
- Build full-funnel lead-generation systems: audience research, Instant Forms / landing pages, pixel and conversion-API tracking, CRM handover, and speed-to-lead follow-up coordination.
- Manage organic social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) for assigned client accounts — content calendars, Reels-first strategy, posting cadence, and community management.
- Create and brief ad creatives and copy, including regional-language variants (Hindi/Odia where applicable), using Canva and AI-assisted content tools; coordinate with designers and video editors.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and account health daily; diagnose delivery issues, policy rejections, and ad-account restrictions, and execute corrective action.
- Track, analyse, and report performance via Meta Ads reporting, GA4, and dashboards; deliver weekly client-facing reports with insights and next actions.
- Run SEO hygiene and basic on-page optimisation for client websites and landing pages.
- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing journeys where required.
- Coordinate directly with clients for approvals, performance reviews, and campaign planning; maintain timely and accurate records of all work, and submit daily task updates per Company reporting protocol.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads, with demonstrable lead-generation results.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel/Events Manager, and UTM-based tracking.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar tools, familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT/Claude, image and video generators).
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, funnel metrics, CPL/CPA/ROAS, and A/B testing.
- Strong communication, ownership, and deadline discipline in a multi-client environment.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.
- Agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience marketing for education (school admissions), government, or B2B technology clients.
- Short-form video editing skills (Reels/Shorts) — CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
1. Independently managing at least [3–4] client ad accounts with stable or improving CPL.
2. Weekly performance reports delivered on schedule with zero follow-up required from management.
3. At least one measurable optimisation win per account (creative, audience, or funnel) documented and presented.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
