Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Finance Head with over 25 years of experience to lead and oversee the financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial governance, risk management, and ensuring the company’s financial health while supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO/Board on financial planning and decision-making
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for improvement
- Accounting & Reporting:
- Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and regulations
- Manage audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors
- Taxation & Legal:
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation (GST, Income Tax, etc.)
- Ensure proper tax planning and risk mitigation
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation
- Optimize capital structure and banking relationships
- Cost Control & Profitability:
- Implement cost control measures and drive operational efficiency
- Analyze business performance and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure robust internal controls and financial systems
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
- Build a high-performance finance function
