Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Corporate Applications Technology (CAT) Business Unit under Global Engineering.
The role will support planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with technical understanding to drive successful delivery, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation through production deployment.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Track project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
Stakeholder Management
-
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, QA teams, and external vendors.

Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
-
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across teams.
Technical Leadership
-
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to understand solution design and technical dependencies.

Review technical deliverables, release plans, and deployment schedules.

Support technical decision-making through data-driven project insights.

Ensure adherence to engineering standards, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Agile Program Management

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.

Monitor team velocity and delivery metrics.

Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolution of impediments.
Reporting & Governance

Provide regular project health reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Track scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery metrics.

Ensure project documentation is maintained, and audit/compliance requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Project Management with at least 3 years managing complex technology initiatives.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience managing Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification.

Experience working with enterprise applications, digital transformation, or regulatory/compliance programs.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing, release management, and production support processes.
