About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who enjoys creating engaging content, staying updated with social media trends, and managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Reels, content creation, editing, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the brand’s social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and other visual content.
- Participate in on-camera content/reels and be comfortable being the face of the brand when required.
- Develop creative ideas based on current social media trends.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the creative/marketing team for campaigns and content requirements.
- Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management/content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with video editing and Reel creation.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of trends, storytelling, and visual content.
- Comfortable with on-camera content creation.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to independently develop new content ideas.
- Candidates should be based in Indore and available for an on-site role.

Someone who genuinely loves social media and content creation, enjoys experimenting with new Reel ideas, understands what works on Instagram, and is excited to be actively involved in creating content—not just managing social media accounts.
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
