Job description:
As a Graphic Designer at Alkemy EdTech, you will be responsible for translating marketing and brand strategies into visually appealing and impactful designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, maintaining alignment with Alkemy EdTech's visual identity guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and enhance the brand's visual identity.
Conceptualization and Ideation:
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
Translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and contribute creative solutions.
Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project objectives.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) to create high-quality designs.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
Proficient in graphic design software and tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
