Accountant & Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Manage vendor payments, client billing, collections, and payment tracking.
- Generate invoices and maintain accounts receivable/payable records.
- Monitor inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Process payments for staff, Karigars (artisans), and vendors.
- Handle GST, TDS, tax calculations, statutory filings, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with audits and prepare financial and inventory reports.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, courier services, and external agencies.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Requirements
- Jewellery/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word will be a plus
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and inventory management.
- Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
Salary: As per experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
