Position Details
Role: STEM & Robotics Coach
Department: STEM & Robotics
Locations: Surat, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Mehsana, Aravalli & Bhavnagar (Gujarat)
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA
Job Mission
Inspire and educate students through hands-on STEM and Robotics sessions while building your own teaching and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and assist STEM & Robotics sessions in schools and institutions
- Support workshops, training programs, and hands-on activities
- Contribute to day-to-day STEM team operations
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with team members and reporting managers
- Submit regular work updates through assigned tools
Required Skills
- Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Basic knowledge of robotics, coding, or electronics
- Ability to engage and inspire students
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms
- Teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience
- Knowledge of curriculum design or lesson planning
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (Science/Computer Science) or equivalent
- Strong interest in STEM & Robotics
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati will be an added advantage
