Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller – Reservations to handle guest inquiries and reservations over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to reservation inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with booking rooms and upselling services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update PMS (Property Management System)
- Provide information about the property, rooms, facilities, and promotional offers
- Coordinate with the front office and sales team for special guest requirements
- Follow up on leads, potential group bookings, and guest queries
- Ensure excellent customer service and build rapport with callers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a reservations/front desk role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or PMS software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
