JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS & DATA ANALYST
Position: Business & Data Analyst Department: Business Analytics / Operations Experience: 1–4 Years Location: Noida Sector 41 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and data-driven decision-making.
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying trends and gaps, preparing dashboards and MIS reports, and converting data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Excel, SQL, data visualization, business analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis ● Understand business requirements, processes, and operational challenges. ● Work closely with Sales, Operations, CRM, Product, and Management teams. ● Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. ● Convert business requirements into clear reports, analysis, and actionable recommendations. ● Track KPIs and business performance against targets. ● Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and business reports where required. Data Analysis & Reporting ● Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources. ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports. ● Develop and maintain management dashboards for key business metrics. ● Analyze sales, leads, conversions, revenue, productivity, and operational performance. ● Identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and opportunities through data. ● Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting accuracy. Dashboard & Visualization ● Create interactive dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio or similar tools. ● Build meaningful charts, KPIs, and visual reports for management. ● Ensure dashboards provide clear and actionable business insights. ● Maintain and update existing dashboards and reporting systems. SQL & Data Management ● Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases. ● Work with large datasets and perform data validation. ● Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. ● Maintain accuracy and consistency of business reports. Business Insights ● Provide data-backed recommendations to management. ● Monitor business KPIs and highlight areas requiring attention. ● Conduct ad-hoc analysis for management and different departments. ● Support forecasting, target setting, performance evaluation, and strategic decision-making. Required Skills ● Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, dashboards, charts, etc. ● Good knowledge of SQL. ● Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Understanding of business processes and KPIs. ● Good data visualization and reporting skills. ● Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. ● Strong documentation and presentation skills. ● Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Skills ● Experience working with CRM or sales data. ● Knowledge of Python / Pandas will be an advantage. ● Experience with automation of MIS/reporting. ● Understanding of sales funnels, lead management, conversion metrics, and revenue analytics. ● Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, SaaS, or similar business environments will be preferred. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
