As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications clearly and conducting research to integrate the latest content and features into websites, thereby enhancing user experience and functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of web application features to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with building scalable and maintainable web applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
