Provincial Automobile Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for customer-focused and service-oriented professionals for the position of Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers visiting the service workshop and understand vehicle concerns
- Explain repair requirements, service process, and estimated delivery timelines
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with workshop technicians
- Ensure smooth vehicle servicing process and timely delivery
- Maintain regular customer updates regarding repair status
- Cross-sell value-added services, accessories, and AMC packages wherever applicable
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns professionally
- Coordinate with workshop and spare parts team for effective service operations
- Maintain service records and follow company processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred
- Experience in Automobile Service / Workshop Operations / Customer Handling preferred
- Freshers with technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply
- Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage
