We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Team Lead specializing in SAP recruitment to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading recruitment efforts for SAP professionals, managing a team of recruiters, and developing strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring high performance and continuous skill enhancement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies specifically for SAP roles across various modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, SD, MM, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior-level SAP positions, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs, provide market insights, and advise on effective recruitment approaches.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier SAP talent, including leveraging professional networks, social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for SAP professionals in the Bengaluru market.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining strong communication and engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in SAP recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
