Job Summary
As a Content Creator cum Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing engaging written and visual content for social media, websites, blogs, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with the design, videography, and marketing teams to create creative campaigns that align with client objectives and current market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas for social media campaigns and brand promotions.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, blogs, website content, articles, email content, and marketing materials.
- Prepare monthly social media content calendars for clients.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to create relevant content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality creative content.
- Assist in conceptualizing and scripting Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Create compelling call-to-actions (CTAs) that improve audience engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
- Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Literature, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent writing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media management is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to write persuasive marketing copy for different industries.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly content writing.
- Strong research and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube content strategies.
- Experience using AI-assisted content tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other creative tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, branding, and performance marketing.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
