About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Samsung Exclusive Store. The ideal candidate should have strong retail leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Samsung brand guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Drive customer acquisition, repeat business, and store profitability.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years as a Store/Branch Manager.
- Experience in Mobile, Consumer Electronics, Telecom, or Retail is preferred.
- Experience with Samsung, Apple, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, Croma, Reliance Digital, or similar brands will be an advantage.
