Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. Accounting Operations
- Managing all aspects of accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
- Overseeing payroll and tax filings.
3. Compliance & Controls
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Developing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Acting as a liaison with external auditors.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
- Reporting on variances between actual performance and the budget.
5. Cash Management
- Managing cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity.
6. Strategic Support
- Providing financial advice to senior management on strategic decisions.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
7. Working Capital Management
- Liaisoning with bankers.
- Handling LC/BG, fund planning, and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably in manufacturing).
- Strong hands-on experience in Balance Sheet, P&L, and MIS reporting.
- Sound knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit processes.
