We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have experience in a manufacturing industry and be capable of handling employee records, attendance management, and recruitment processes efficiently.
Location: Banur – Tepla, Punjab
Experience: 2–4 Years HR
Gender: Male/Female
Salary: 15k to 18k Salary will be offered as per experience and company standards.
Candidate must have their own Bike/Activa for daily travel
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR documentation.
- Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare attendance reports and coordinate with payroll-related activities.
- Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Support management in various HR administrative activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate
- Good knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Documentation, and Attendance Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR-related documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
