Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their travel requirements, providing suitable travel packages, and converting inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on travel inquiries.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain travel packages, tour itineraries, hotel options, flight details, and other travel services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams when required.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince customers and handle queries professionally.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
