Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer (Web & Product Design) to create intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent user experiences across web applications, mobile applications, and company websites.
The designer will be responsible for both product design and website design, including redesigning existing websites, creating new websites, improving user journeys, and helping establish a unified design system across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design user experiences for web applications, mobile applications, and company websites.
- Design dashboards, operational platforms, mobile applications, and business management systems.
- Create website layouts, landing pages, marketing pages, and conversion-focused user journeys.
- Contribute to redesign initiatives for existing websites.
- Develop visual concepts and layouts for new company websites and future SaaS products.
- Build and maintain a company-wide design system and component library.
- Collaborate closely with developers during implementation.
- Conduct usability reviews and recommend user experience improvements.
- Create design documentation, reusable assets, and design standards.
- Ensure visual consistency across all software products and web properties.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
Required Skills
- Experience designing both web applications and modern websites.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience creating design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Ability to design desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance usability, branding, and business objectives.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or business applications.
- Experience designing marketing websites and landing pages.
- Understanding of SEO-conscious website design principles.
- Familiarity with React-based development workflows and design handoff processes.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating web applications, mobile applications, and website design projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
