Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: ₹23,000 Take Home + ₹4,323 Q.B.
Shift: Rotational shifts
Week Off: 2 days rotational
Cab Facility: 2-way cab provided
Interview Process: HR Round → Operations Round
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Excellent Communication must
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through international voice support.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance targets.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
