Job Title: Food Packing Packer
Key Responsibilities
Packing Operations
- Pack food products as per company guidelines and specifications.
- Ensure correct quantity, weight, and quality in each package.
- Operate basic packing machines and sealing equipment if required.
- Label products accurately with batch number, expiry date, and other details.
Workplace Safety & Hygiene
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in the packing area.
- Use gloves, caps, masks, and other protective gear as required.
- Work closely with production and quality control teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th / 12th Pass (as applicable).
- No technical degree required; training will be provided.
Experience
- Freshers apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in food packing or manufacturing preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina for standing and repetitive tasks.
- Teamwork and discipline.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Packing accuracy and speed.
- Reduction in product damage or wastage.
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Timely completion of assigned packing targets.
- Proper labelling and packaging quality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
