Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Employer Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, employers, and industry partners.
- Identify placement and internship opportunities for candidates.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding manpower requirements.
- Candidate Placement
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills and qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Placement Drives & Events
- Organize campus drives, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate logistics and communication between employers and candidates.
- Ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
- Candidate Preparation
- Conduct pre-placement sessions on interview skills, resume building, and workplace readiness.
- Guide candidates regarding job roles, salary expectations, and career growth opportunities.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain placement records, candidate databases, and employer contacts.
- Track candidate placements, joining status, and retention.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
- Follow-up & Retention
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Coordinate with employers for post-placement feedback.
- Address candidate concerns related to onboarding and employment.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Collect and maintain offer letters, joining letters, and placement-related documents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting as per organizational requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
