Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant / Architect with strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and SAP S/4HANA to support implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of warehouse processes, system configuration, integrations, and business process optimization within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP WM and S/4HANA solutions.
- Configure, customize, and support SAP WM processes to meet business needs.
- Participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, workshops, estimations, and project planning.
- Work closely with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and application support activities.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and global templates.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and solution validation.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, and PM.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards and SLAs.
Required Technical Skills
SAP Expertise
- Strong experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in Implementation, Rollout, Enhancement, and Support Projects.
- Good knowledge of Handling Unit Management (HUM) and SAP MM.
- Experience in SAP WM configurations and master data integration.

- One-way and two-way interface communication architecture.
Additional Skills
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to DevOps delivery models.
- Understanding of SAP Enterprise Structure and interface management.
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 4–10 years of SAP WM experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Bachelor's Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / Any Graduate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong service orientation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in complex SAP WM projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Ability to independently drive workshops and solution discussions.
- Experience supporting global delivery and SLA-driven engagements.
- Immediate to short joiners preferred (Notice Period below 15 days).
