About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can take complete ownership of Infrasity’s social media presence. This is a hands on role for someone who can ideate, create, publish, analyse, and improve content independently.
You will work closely with the team to build our brand across platforms and turn ideas into content that drives visibility, engagement, and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Create and manage Reels, carousels, posts, and short form content
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and social copy
- Handle content publishing and scheduling
- Track trends and identify content opportunities
- Manage day to day social media presence and community engagement
- Analyse performance and optimise content based on data
- Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Experiment with new formats and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months+ experience in social media or content creation
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Good storytelling skills
- Comfortable with Canva and basic video editing tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Ability to independently take an idea from concept to published content
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with a data driven approach
- Ability to work onsite and take ownership of the function
