Job Description: Bodyshop Advisor

Core Objective
The Bodyshop Advisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end accidental repair process, from initial damage assessment and insurance coordination to final vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & Inspection: Inspect vehicles for body damage and provide customers with accurate cost and time estimates for repair and paintwork.
- Insurance Management: Handle the complete insurance claim process, including coordinating with surveyors and ensuring all documentation is submitted for approval.
- Job Coordination: Open Job Cards and communicate repair requirements to the workshop team to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Customer Communication: Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status and explain final billing, including insurance deductibles.
- Revenue Generation: Meet monthly labor and parts targets by recommending value-added services like anti-rust coating or detailing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years in an automobile bodyshop or insurance claim role.
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance claim procedures (Cashless/Reimbursement) and body repair techniques.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
