Job Requirement
We are looking for a Research & Content Writer who can conduct high-quality research, analyse information from multiple sources and convert it into clear, engaging and fact-based content.
The role will involve research and content creation for websites, reports, articles, business/financial topics and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research using reliable online and offline sources.
- Research companies, industries, markets, businesses and emerging trends.
- Collect, verify and organize information from multiple sources.
- Analyse data and identify important facts, trends and insights.
- Write well-structured articles, research reports and website content.
- Convert complex information into simple and understandable language.
- Prepare summaries, company profiles, industry reports and research notes.
- Regularly monitor business, financial and market developments.
- Update existing content when new information becomes available.
- Maintain research sources, references and supporting data.
- Work with the development team to publish and organize content on websites.
Required Skills
- Excellent written English.
- Strong research and analytical ability.
- Good understanding of online research tools and search techniques.
- Ability to identify reliable sources and verify information.
- Strong attention to detail and fact-checking ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and document tools.
- Ability to write original, plagiarism-free content.
Preferred
- Experience in financial, investment, business or market research.
- Knowledge of company financial statements and annual reports.
- Understanding of stocks, industries and economic/business trends.
- Basic SEO and content-management knowledge.
- Experience using AI tools for research and content development.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical and genuinely interested in finding information, rather than simply rewriting content from the internet.
The candidate should be able to take a topic, research it from multiple credible sources, identify what actually matters and produce original, accurate and useful content.
Candidates with published articles, research reports, blogs or portfolios are preferred.
