About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and mature Process Trainer with a strong background in International Outbound Sales Processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training sales agents for international voice campaigns and possess the ability to improve communication, objection handling, sales conversion, and overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and process training for new hires in international outbound sales campaigns.
- Deliver training on sales techniques, customer engagement, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Develop and update training modules, presentations, and sales process documentation.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and call evaluations to enhance agent performance.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to drive sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Ensure agents are aligned with campaign requirements, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, call audits, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience as a Trainer in an International Outbound Voice Sales Process.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Experience in conducting classroom and floor training sessions.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement training interventions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in US, UK, Australian, or Canadian outbound sales campaigns.
- Exposure to lead generation, appointment setting, telecom, energy, insurance, or similar international sales processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
