Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence for Infinix Bath Fittings across assigned territories. The candidate should have strong experience in sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, or building materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Build strong relationships with retailers, builders, and contractors
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Ensure product visibility and branding in the market
- Monitor sales performance and submit reports to management
- Drive promotional activities and campaigns in the assigned area
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales (preferably bath fittings/sanitaryware/tiles)
- Strong network with dealers and distributors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling B2B sales
- Knowledge of local market and competition
- Leadership and team handling ability
