- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote tourism packages, tours, hotels, flights, and transportation services
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services (insurance, upgrades, activities, add-ons).
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales.
- Promote seasonal campaigns, special offers, and promotional packages
