Visa Counsellor (Study Visa Specialist) – Delhi Branch
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Study Visa Counsellor for our Delhi Branch. The primary role is to guide students in selecting the right university, course and country based on their profile, and to ensure a smooth and successful visa application process. Work visa counselling will be an added responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Study Visa & University Counselling
- Counsel students on the best country, university and course options based on their academic profile, budget and career goals
- Have in-depth knowledge of top study destinations — Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, New Zealand and more
- Assess student eligibility and guide on admission requirements, scholarships and intakes
- Guide on required documents, financial proof and English language test scores (IELTS, PTE)
- Prepare and review SOPs, LORs and complete visa application files
- Prepare students for visa interviews and keep them updated on timelines and decisions
- Follow up on offer letters, visa outcomes and assist with the pre-departure process
- Build strong relationships with students and their families through the entire journey
Work Visa
- Evaluate candidate profiles for work visa eligibility for Gulf (GCC) and European countries
- Guide on required documents, medical tests, skill certifications and emigration clearance
- Counsel candidates and their families on overseas job opportunities and visa procedures
General
- Guide walk-in and online inquiries through the application process to successful conversion
- Maintain updated records and regular follow-ups with all candidates
- Work closely with the Visa and Admission team for smooth processing
- Meet monthly targets for counselling and successful conversions
What We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of study destinations — Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Schengen and more
- Experience in university shortlisting, application filing and visa processing
- Familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, PTE requirements and score benchmarks
- Good understanding of SOP and LOR preparation
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Empathetic, student-focused approach with strong follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
