We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented and highly professional Senior Sales Manager to lead sales activities from our upcoming Mumbai branch office.
The ideal candidate must have 8–10 years of proven experience in relevant B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, IoT solutions, Industry 4.0, technology OEM products, enterprise solutions, manufacturing solutions, or related technical sales domains.
This is a senior client-facing role that requires strong ownership, regular customer visits, excellent presentation skills, disciplined reporting, and the ability to independently drive business growth across India and global industrial regions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, presenting Epsum Labs’ solutions to decision-makers, and representing the company professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across Mumbai, Maharashtra and other National and International industrial regions.
- Drive sales for Epsum Labs’ products and solutions in Industry 4.0, IoT, automation, industrial technology, digital transformation, and end-to-end business solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, customer meetings, industry visits, referrals, networking and market intelligence.
- Approach prospective customers across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and other relevant industries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification and product presentation to negotiation, closure and post-sales coordination.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Regularly visit customer offices, factories, plants and project locations to understand business needs and identify solution opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including business owners, senior management, plant heads, technical teams, procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable Epsum Labs solutions in a consultative and professional manner.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through timely follow-ups, solution support and proactive communication.
- Product Presentation & Solution Pitching
- Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals and sales pitches for customer meetings.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits and value proposition of Epsum Labs’ products and services.
- Translate customer pain points into solution-based discussions.
- Coordinate with internal technical and management teams to create effective customer-specific proposals.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, business events and customer visits.
- Mumbai Branch Office Responsibility
- Report regularly to the Mumbai office and take ownership of day-to-day sales activities for the region.
- Maintain professional office decorum and ensure the Mumbai branch office is presentable for customer visits and business meetings.
- Coordinate customer meetings at the branch office whenever required.
- Act as a responsible senior representative of Epsum Labs in the Mumbai region.
- Reporting & Sales Discipline
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales calls, meetings, follow-ups, leads, opportunities and closures.
- Submit regular sales reports, visit reports and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
- Track customer requirements, competitor activities, market trends and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication with management regarding sales progress, customer feedback and market developments.
- Travel & Market Coverage
- Travel frequently to client offices, industrial locations, factories and project sites.
- Cover Mumbai and nearby regions for customer acquisition, relationship building and sales development.
- Be comfortable with field sales, industrial visits and regular face-to-face customer engagement.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, technical sales, automation sales, IoT sales, enterprise solution sales or OEM product sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing business development activities.
- Strong understanding of industrial customers, manufacturing environments, automation solutions, technology products or digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to independently handle customer meetings, sales pitches and senior-level business discussions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations and business reports.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and business development.
- Professional attitude, strong business etiquette and ability to represent the company at a senior level.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
