Job Summary
Jay Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and manage HVAC project execution at various project sites in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely and quality completion of site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to HVAC installation and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Ensure installation work complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Attend site meetings and maintain proper documentation of project activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across project sites within Mumbai.
Eligibility
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
- Prior experience in the HVAC industry will be preferred.
