Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to support our renewable energy sales operations in Kottayam. The role involves meeting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and explaining solar power solutions. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers
- Explain the benefits of solar energy systems and company offerings
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and project discussions
- Maintain daily records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
- Basic knowledge of solar products or renewable energy is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Salary and Benefits
- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
