About the Role
We’re looking for a Framer Designer who doesn’t just build websites but creates digital experiences.
This role is for someone who can think through design, structure pages, create high-converting user journeys, and bring them to life with refined animations and interactions inside Framer.
If your work looks like a template, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design premium websites from scratch in Figma and Framer
- Create modern layouts with strong typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
- Build responsive websites in Framer
- Create custom interactions, scroll effects, transitions, and animations
- Structure websites with conversion and user experience in mind
- Work closely with content, branding, and development teams
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and production workflows
- Optimize websites for performance and responsiveness
- Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant digital experiences
Requirements
- Strong experience with Framer (With AI assistance)
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create custom animations beyond standard Framer templates
- Experience creating responsive websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Strong understanding of interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Good understanding of design systems and reusable components
- Ability to present and defend design decisions
- Strong English communication skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with Framer code overrides
- Understanding of React basics
- Experience with GSAP, Rive, Spline, or advanced web animations
- Experience designing for luxury, real estate, wellness, SaaS, or professional service brands
- Understanding of SEO and conversion-focused design
Portfolio Requirements
Must include:
- At least 1-2 best live Framer websites
- At least 1 website with custom interactions or animations
- Evidence of strong visual design, not just website assembly
- Work demonstrating original thinking rather than template modification
Who Should Not Apply
- Designers who only know how to assemble templates
- Designers without strong visual design skills
- Designers who rely entirely on AI for creative decisions
- Designers who cannot explain the reasoning behind their work
We’re not looking for someone who knows Framer.
We're looking for someone who knows how to use Framer to create work people remember.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
