Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst Intern to support our research and analysis efforts. The intern will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, preparing reports, and contributing to research projects that inform strategic decisions. This role offers hands-on experience in research methodologies, data analysis, and professional reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research using credible sources
- Collect, clean, and organize qualitative and quantitative data
- Analyze data using spreadsheets, databases, or analytical tools
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations
- Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, or research frameworks
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Support senior analysts with ongoing research projects
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of findings
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Graduation/Post-graduation in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields (MBA/BBA/B.Com students preferred).
- Prior internship, academic research, or project-based experience will be an advantage (not mandatory)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis
- Basic knowledge of report writing and data visualization
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Package: ₹1.2 LPA – ₹1.8 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives).
