We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth in a B2B environment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing relationships with corporate and industrial clients, and achieving targets through effective business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, emails, industry references, and business platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely delivery.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending orders to close business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update .
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
