- Conduct site inspection and manpower allocation.
- Review drawings and resolve technical queries.
- Monitor ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Coordinate with client/consultant for inspections.
- Check material availability and raise requisitions.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Update project progress and attend coordination meetings.
