Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Recruiter for our 2050 Healthcare Home Care division in Hyderabad. The role involves hiring and deploying GDA, BCG, and Nursing staff by effectively managing candidate leads generated through CRM systems, online job portals, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from CRM, website, and digital campaigns
Maintain proper follow-up through CRM
Ensure timely joining and deployment
Update lead status and recruitment tracker daily
Manage and respond to leads from digital campaigns and social media
Support online lead generation activities
Handle basic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for candidate engagement
Requirements
0-1 Year of experience in recruitment / tele-calling
Comfortable handling high-volume calling
Basic CRM knowledge preferred
Strong follow-up and conversion skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
