Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – US Healthcare Recruitment to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US healthcare staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling healthcare staffing/recruitment services and building long-term client relationships across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in US healthcare staffing
- Acquire direct clients for healthcare recruitment (Hospitals, Clinics, Staffing firms)
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
- Achieve revenue targets and consistently grow the client base
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Manage contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing / Recruitment Sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing models (Contract, C2C, W2, Permanent)
- Experience working with hospitals, MSP/VMS clients, or staffing agencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
Preferred Skills
- Existing database/network of US healthcare clients
- Experience in travel nursing or allied healthcare staffing
- Familiarity with tools like Bullhorn, Salesforce, or other CRM/ATS
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
