To achieve optimum and targeted production ensuring the running of Combi bloc Machine at optimum level with high productivity and high mechanical efficiency.
- Responsible for efficient and safe operation and running of Combi bloc Machine (Sidel APET) with rated capacity. Including Blower, Filler, Rejection system (Closure, Preforms).
- Ensure to maintain sterile parameters as per the OEM and PAPL standard.
- Maintain the complete line efficiency as per PAPL standard (99%).
- Responsible for doing troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance to ensure machine is in good working condition.
- Operating of filling machine as per the manufacturing standards including knowledge of Dry Aseptic filling PET line.
- Following sanitation procedures as per the schedule daily/weekly/monthly, GMP for food industry.
- Responsible for ensuring zero rejection at Inspection/Filler. Maintain the yield of preforms and closure as per the PAPL standard.
- Ensure filling of bottle as per specifications, e.g: net content, blown bottle parameter, filled bottle specification and in case of any problem troubleshooting required.
- Need to track & maintain Daily m/c log sheet, capturing m/c Breakdowns, Rejections, Yields.
